What is 9K Club?

9K Club (also written 9KClub) is a free arcade game that runs in your browser. You slide a basket left and right to catch falling gold nines and coins, dodge the bombs and build a combo. Every point you collect is added to your running total, and at 9,000 points you join the 9K Club.

Is 9K Club free to play?

Yes. There is nothing to buy, no sign-up and no subscription. You open the page, press Play and catch. The points are only for fun and for climbing the six levels.

Do I need an account, a password or an OTP?

No. 9K Club never asks for a login, a password, an OTP, a phone number or a payment. If any message or page claiming to be 9K Club asks you for those, close it.

How do I join the 9K Club?

Collect 9,000 points in total. Points from every round are added together, so you can get there over many short rounds. When your total reaches 9,000 you become a Legend, unlock the 9K Club badge and see the crown on your level card.

Where is my progress saved?

In your own browser, on your own device, using local storage. Nothing is sent to a server. That also means clearing your browser data, or switching to another browser or phone, starts you again from Guest.

Does 9K Club work on a phone?

Yes. Drag your finger across the game screen to move the basket. The page is built mobile first, and the game keeps the same size and speed on small screens. On a computer you can use the arrow keys or A and D.

Are the points worth anything?

No. Points are a score, like in any arcade game. They cannot be exchanged for anything and nobody can sell them to you. Play for the combos, the badges and the crown.

What is the difference between 9K Club and 9KClub?

Nothing. 9K Club and 9KClub are the same game: two ways of writing the name. The address is 9kclub.org.uk.

How do combos and multipliers work?

Every catch adds to your combo, and a gold nine counts double. Each full six in the combo raises your multiplier by one, up to x5. Catching a bomb, or letting a gold nine drop past the basket, resets the combo.

What are the bombs and the clock?

A bomb costs one of your three lives and breaks your combo. The aqua clock adds 5 seconds to the round and the pink heart gives a life back. A round ends when the time runs out or the third life is gone.
